Sign your agreement with EEHM

Your company's agreement with EEHM and its yearly pricing schedule are signed in the portal. The Agreements page appears for company admins once EEHM turns it on for your company.

What you receive

When EEHM sends your company a pricing schedule (and, when the agreement text changes, a new agreement), it has already signed it. The person EEHM names as your company's signatory gets an email with a Review and sign link; your other company admins are copied. Until it is signed, reminders follow 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 days before the new prices take effect, then weekly.

Review and sign

  1. Open Agreements in the portal menu, or follow the link in the email.
  2. Open the request under Waiting for a signature. The page shows the documents exactly as EEHM sent them.
  3. Read the agreement and the pricing schedule.
  4. In Sign, confirm your Vault password, tick both boxes (you agree to sign electronically, and you are authorized to bind your company), type your full name and title, and select Sign.

Only the signatory can sign. Other company admins can review the documents but see no signing form; if the signatory is no longer the right person, ask EEHM to resend the request to someone else.

Your password confirmation lasts 15 minutes. After that, the page asks for it again.

After you sign

  • The new prices take effect on the date shown on the schedule.
  • The signed copy, with both signatures, is emailed to you and your company admins as a PDF, and appears under Signed on the Agreements page, where any company admin can download it.
  • If EEHM was holding the registration of your ratings because your contract was not signed, they register automatically on the next run.

If a request can't be signed

  • Withdrawn by EEHM: EEHM replaced or cancelled the request. Any replacement appears on the Agreements page.
  • The documents changed after you opened them: reload the page, review the current documents and sign again.
  • These documents no longer match what EEHM sent: contact EEHM. Nothing can be signed until EEHM resends it.
