Track QA counts and request in-person QA

These pages appear once EEHM turns on the QA sections for your company.

File QA Counts

File QA Counts shows how close each of your raters is to RESNET's File QA requirement: a review of at least 10% of their ratings (rounded up) for the year, every quarter, and each program. Each cell reads covered / eligible: eligible ratings are your company's ratings EEHM processed for HERS registration, counted in the quarter they were registered; covered ones have a File QA review counted for them, either accepted by RESNET or pending (selected or in progress).

Select a rater to see their progress by quarter and program, how their ratings and reviews are spread across builders, communities, cities, models and more, and each review that counts. Only your company's ratings are included, so a rater who also rates for another company shows just their work for you. EEHM tracks that rater's 10% requirement across all of their ratings, so for them the page shows the counts without a met or needed status, marked "Requirement tracked across all their ratings". The page is read-only and up to date whenever you open it.

Field QA Counts

Field QA Counts shows how many field QA inspections your company's raters and field inspectors have had in a given year, and whether each person meets the RESNET field QA requirements. Select a person to see each requirement's projects, required, completed, and scheduled QAs. Scheduled — sufficient means the requirements will be met once already-scheduled QAs are completed. The page is read-only; EEHM rebuilds the counts, and the page shows when they were last built.

Request in-person Field QA

Request In-Person QA (under Field QA & billing) asks the EEHM QA team to schedule in-person Field QA. Sending a request doesn't book a date; EEHM plans the visit and follows up to schedule it.

  1. Under Scheduling, give the scheduling contact's name, email and phone, your preferred dates, and any notes for EEHM.
  2. For each house, enter its street address, city, state and ZIP, and choose the Inspection type (Field Final or Pre-Drywall). Optionally give the Expected registration date of its final rating, the rater and field inspector, and the final rating's Ekotrope project ID if it exists yet.
  3. Select Add another house for more houses, up to 50 in one request.
  4. Select Send request.

A Pre-Drywall requested from July through December for a home expected to register in another year counts toward a different year's QA requirement, so the form warns and suggests a Final instead. To go ahead anyway, tick I understand, and still want a Pre-Drywall QA on that house and send again.

Follow, edit or withdraw a request

My Field QA Requests lists your company's requests and where each one stands: Submitted — waiting for EEHM, EEHM is reviewing, Scheduled, Declined or Withdrawn. Open a request to see its houses; each reads Scheduled or Not scheduled yet.

Until EEHM schedules or declines the request:

  • Edit request lets you change the scheduling details and houses, then Save changes. Houses EEHM has already scheduled are listed under Already scheduled by EEHM and can't be changed or removed.
  • Withdraw cancels the request after you confirm. This can't be undone.

Travel quotes

Travel Quotes lists trip estimates for in-person field QA (company administrators only, once EEHM turns it on). A quote you haven't approved yet is marked Awaiting your approval — approve via the quote email; approval happens only from that email. Who receives the quote emails is set on the Notifications page; see Choose who receives EEHM emails.
