Rating company portal
The rating company portal is the secure website where your company manages the records EEHM keeps on its behalf. It replaces emailing spreadsheets back and forth: you review your own data, and you propose changes for EEHM staff to approve.
What you can do in the portal
- See your company's records — builders, staff and their roles, compliance history, and equipment calibration — always up to date.
- Propose changes — add a builder, add a staff member, add a new role to someone already on your staff, record a certification or course, or add a piece of equipment. EEHM staff review each proposal before it becomes official.
- Export your builder list to a spreadsheet.
- Send feedback to EEHM staff from any page.
Company administrators can also do a few things directly, without a proposal — see Company administrators below.
How changes get approved
Most edits in the portal are proposals, not direct changes. You fill in a short form, submit it, and it goes to EEHM staff. They approve it, reject it, or ask for more information. Only after approval does the record appear in your live data.
This keeps EEHM as the single system of record while letting your company keep its information current. See Submit and track proposals for the full workflow.
The sections at a glance
The left sidebar lists every section:
- Dashboard — company information and a count of anything waiting on you.
- Directory — the public rater directory.
- Builders — the builders associated with your company. See Manage builders.
- Staff — your active raters, QA designees, field inspectors, modelers, and admins, with their role-specific IDs. See Manage staff and roles.
- Compliance — certifications, professional development, exams, and field evaluations for your staff. See Track compliance and equipment.
- Equipment — your equipment and its calibration status.
- Invoices — your company's invoices (company administrators only).
- Proposals (Builder, Compliance, Staff, Profile, Equipment) — everything you've submitted and where it stands in review.

Company administrators
A person who holds the Admin role at your company is a company administrator in the portal. Administrators see and do everything a regular user can, plus two things that take effect immediately (no proposal needed):
- View the company's Invoices.
- Edit the start and end dates of a staff member's role from the staff detail page.
If you need administrator access, contact EEHM staff.
