Getting started
This page covers signing in, finding your way around, and getting help.
Signing in
- Go to the portal sign-in page at /portal/login/.
- Enter your username and password and select Sign In.
Your sign-in is tied to your rating company. Once you're in, every page only shows your own company's records.
If you don't have an account yet, EEHM staff send you a one-time invitation email with a link to set your password. If you can't find it, contact EEHM staff and ask them to resend the invite.
Forgot your password
Select Forgot password? on the sign-in page, enter your email, and follow the link that's emailed to you to set a new password.
Finding your way around
After you sign in you land on the Dashboard. The left sidebar is the main menu — it's the same on every page.
- On a computer, the sidebar is always visible on the left.
- On a phone or small screen, tap the menu button (≡) in the top bar to open it.
The sidebar lists every section in one column — your records (Dashboard, Directory, Builders, Staff, Compliance, Equipment, and Invoices for administrators) followed by your proposals (Builder, Compliance, Staff, Profile, and Equipment proposals). Pinned at the bottom are a User Guide link (which opens this guide), a Feedback link, your username, and the Log Out button.
The dashboard
The dashboard shows:
- Company Information — your Ekotrope ID, address, main contact, email, phone, and website, as EEHM has them on file. If anything here is wrong, send feedback or contact EEHM staff.
- Summary cards — quick counts of your builders, active staff, and any pending proposals of each type. Each card links straight to that section.
- Quick actions — buttons to associate or propose a builder, propose a compliance change, propose new equipment, or propose a new staff member.
If EEHM has asked for more information on a proposal, a banner appears at the top of the dashboard — "EEHM needs more information" — with a link to each proposal that's waiting on you.
Getting help
There's a Feedback link at the bottom of the sidebar and in the footer of every page. Use it to tell EEHM staff what's confusing, what's wrong, or what you wish the portal could do. Your message goes straight to the EEHM team.
