Answer report billing events

Report Billing Events (under Field QA & billing) lists the premium energy reports EEHM may invoice your company for, so you can say whether each one was a code-only report or is still headed to RESNET. Only company administrators see it, once EEHM turns it on for your company. The dashboard's RESNET-intent reports to confirm card opens it filtered to Response needed.

Answer a report

  • Confirm as Code Report: the report isn't going to RESNET, so it is invoiced on the next billing cycle.
  • Confirm as RESNET report: the report is still headed to RESNET, so its invoice is deferred.

Answer rows one at a time, or several at once by ticking them and selecting Confirm selected as Code Report or Confirm selected as RESNET report. You can withdraw an answer, or switch it by withdrawing and picking the other, until the report is invoiced.

Download full list (CSV) saves the whole list to a spreadsheet, always every report even when the page is filtered. It shows which answer you gave and a Respond By date on each row answered RESNET.

Reports past the 18-month limit

A report more than 18 months old leaves the list: no answer can defer its invoice any longer, and it will be invoiced the Energy Code Only Report Fee. When any of your reports are past that limit, a notice on the page links to the read-only Reports past the 18-month limit page, which lists them (with any answer you gave) until they are invoiced and has its own Download full list (CSV).
