Set up a new company account

When EEHM adds your company, your first company administrator gets an invitation email. Once you accept it and set a password, the portal opens in setup mode: the Dashboard becomes your Setup checklist, and the menu shows only the pages you need to get set up. Ratings, QA reviews, reports, invoices and the other everyday pages appear once EEHM activates your account.

The checklist

Each step shows whether it's Required or Optional, whether it's done, and a link to the page where you complete it.

Step	What to do
Confirm your company profile	Open the profile, save any changes, then select Confirm profile. A company administrator confirms it.
Review notification settings	Choose who gets each kind of email, save, then select I've reviewed these. Field QA travel quotes needs at least one email address first. A company administrator does this.
Submit billing details	EEHM will open this step soon.
Sign your agreement	When EEHM sends your agreement, the person EEHM named as signatory signs it on the Agreements page. See Sign your agreement with EEHM. Until then the step reads "EEHM will send your agreement soon". If you sign a schedule that starts later, the step reads "Signed — takes effect" with the start date, and counts as done.
Add at least one rater	Propose each rater, with their RESNET rater ID, from Staff Proposals. EEHM reviews the proposal.
Company admin login	Done once your first administrator accepts the invitation.

Adding builders (one at a time, or by importing a CSV) and equipment is optional during setup.

The checklist also lists the steps EEHM completes, such as recording your Ekotrope company ID and setting up pricing. Those read EEHM is completing this until they're done.

Once every step that's yours is done, the checklist says You're all set — EEHM will activate your account, with anything EEHM still has to finish. You don't need to do anything else: when EEHM activates your account, the full portal appears the next time you open a page.
