Read results and print the PDF
The Results Dashboard (Tab 4) brings everything together: the model comparison, the lifecycle cost results, the cost summary, and the R408 credit summary. It is also where you produce the one-page PDF deliverable.
What the dashboard shows
- Model comparison table — the baseline and each proposed model side by side.
- Lifecycle Cost Results — a grid of cards including net present value at 3% and at 7%, and a Cashflow Positive @ 3% card showing the first year (0–30) where the cumulative discounted cash flow at 3% turns positive. If it never turns positive within 30 years, the card reads "> 30 years".
- Measure Inputs Summary — read-only stat cards for the Net Measure Cost, Replacement Cost, one-time cost per square foot, electric savings, and gas savings. These come from the same values you set on the LCC tab, so the two tabs always agree.
- R408 credit summary — the credits earned versus the credits required.
- JSON export — download the full analysis session as a JSON file for archiving or external processing.
Print or save the PDF
The Print / PDF button produces a polished, portrait one-page deliverable: the Ohio Department of Commerce logo, the project header, and four results sections (model comparison, lifecycle cost results, measure inputs summary, and a condensed R408 credit summary), with a methodology footer.
The on-screen dashboard and the printed page use separate layouts, so the deliverable looks the same regardless of your screen.
When the Print button is available
The Print button only appears once the analysis has enough data to produce a complete deliverable. All of the following must be in place:
- A baseline model is loaded,
- The lifecycle cost calculation has been run,
- The Net Measure Cost is non-zero,
- Both the LCC baseline and proposed ratings are selected, and
- A construction cost per square foot can be resolved.
If the button is missing, go back and complete whichever step is incomplete — most often loading a baseline model or running the LCC calculation. See Manage models and Enter LCC inputs.
